This is a casual session for women of all footballing abilities. It is a great way to learn some new skills, increase your fitness and confidence levels and meet new people. We will cover different topics each week to develop technical ability, as well as finishing each session with matchplay.

The sessions will be delivered by FA and UEFA qualified coaches who are also first aid trained.
