This is my fundraising on behalf of Charlton Athletic Community Trust. The Charlton Upbeats offers children and adults with Down’s syndrome the opportunity to play football in a safe and welcoming environment and has been running since 2008. The Upbeats have regular training sessions and take part in tournaments and competitions across the United Kingdom throughout the year.
