Francesca Wisdom's Story
On 23rd April 2022, myself and my best friend will be participating in the Upbeats Walk. This walk is 9-miles and goes between the CAFC Training Ground and The Valley.
The Upbeats provides support for young people and adults with Down's Syndrome. This has been running for 14 years and the programme is entirely funded by voluntary donations and your support is crucial in helping CACT to continue the programme in the future.
