This is for my brother, Paul, aka Mossy, one of the goalies and the elder statesman of the Charlton Upbeats' football squad. Paul has been part of the Upbeats since 2013 and he and our family value the team spirit, friendship, training and fun he ( and we!) get from this special community.As Paul's sister and carer, I'm proud to walk for the Upbeats, which is open to players of all ages with Down's Syndrome.
