Over the past 12 months, the Upbeats have enjoyed a memorable trip to Center Parcs and were crowned as champions at the Down’s syndrome Football Festival in October. The Upbeats programme continues to be funded entirely by voluntary donations, and your support is crucial in helping CACT continue this valuable work. Let’s break even more records to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the Upbeats Walk!
We are actively involved with the Upbeats and have seen first hand the difference the Upbeats programme helps these kids and adults. So let’s get fundraising!!!!
