I am raising funds on behalf of Charlton Upbeats. It is an amazing charity that helps individuals with Down Syndrome stay active and gives parents some respite and the ability to connect with other parents. The impact on my son has been enormous and we could not be more grateful to the coaches for everything they do for the Upbeats.
